After
the completion of the first wing of the Shelter,
the neutered, sick and injured animals remain for their
treatment in their own well aired and sunny pens, with
external excercise areas. On completion of their treatment,
they are either adopted or returned to the neighbourhood
from which they were collected.
Many
of the animals have been succesfully adopted and their
progress monitored by our members.
The
feeding of strays in various areas is another daily
task of our members.
